A body of work for the age of discernment.
The world is moving fast right now. This page is what I'm thinking about, building, and bringing to stages this year.
If any of it resonates, let's talk.
My work in 2026 is built on
five interlocking ideas
Each one stands alone. Together they form a complete map for leading, building, and rising in the age of intelligent machines.
THE ARCHITECTURE
-
The overarching container. The only defensible territory of human work. Built on five disciplines: Decisive Ownership, Strategic Intention, Courageous Conviction, Distinctive Taste, Meaningful Alignment.
-
The foundation. A way of working that gives more than it takes. From your people. From your customers. From the world they live in.
-
The cultural soul. Craft, care, and reverence as the operating system of organizations people refuse to leave.
-
The development path. The practical work of building leaders, cultures, and systems that create value and drive growth while moving the organization through transformation.
-
The trajectory. Ascending the value stack. Climbing out of the work AI can do faster and cheaper. Climbing into the work that requires judgment, taste, and trust.
WANT THIS ON YOUR STAGE? LET’S TALK.

IT’S TIME TO LEAVE
A PART OF YOURSELF
IN SOMETHING!
In a world of automation, the things that signal effort, are the things that will be trusted.
oNE MOMENT ABOUT
WHERE THIS COMES FROM
I grew up on a fourth-generation Minnesota farm. I learned what it means to make something with your hands, your heart, and your full attention. I carried that ethic into the future-of-work conversation a decade before AI made it urgent.
